At Richmond Schools, we integrate technology into teaching and learning to prepare students for success in an increasingly digital world. Our goal is to equip students with the skills they need to think critically, collaborate effectively, and use technology responsibly.
Students in grades K-5 use iPads to build foundational digital literacy, creativity, and problem-solving skills. In grades 6-8, students have Chromebooks to support research, communication, and collaborative learning. At the high school level, students use MacBook Air laptops, allowing for advanced projects in productivity, media creation, and STEM applications.
We are committed to growing our technology programs, expanding opportunities in coding, electronics, and robotics to foster innovation and real-world problem-solving. By integrating these experiences across grade levels, we empower students to become confident, capable, and responsible users of technology.
