Dear MBES Parents and Guardians,
Parent-teacher conferences are scheduled for Thursday, November 16th from 3-7pm. Conferences will be held in person at the school. Please read the numbered information below and then use the link and follow the instructions to schedule conferences with your child’s teachers.
You must have a personal email account in order to schedule a conference for your student using PTCFast. If you are unable to use the online conference scheduler, or if you have trouble signing up, please call the main office at (207) 737-4748, and we will assist you.
You must sign up for each teacher with whom you wish to meet. Once you check all the names of teachers you wish to see, you will provide the names of your student(s).
The link below will take you to the signup pages. The instructions are straight forward, and you should be able to follow them without trouble.
Conference blocks are 10 minutes long to allow for most parents an opportunity to meet with teachers on the 16th.
Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided.
